Cerritos, Calif.—Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo(AALRR) is pleased to announce that the National Bar Association has named Jabari A. Willis to its 2012 class of "Nation’s Best Advocates: 40 Lawyers Under 40.”

Nation’s Best Advocates recognizes African American attorneys, judges and other members of the legal community aged 40 and under who have attained notability, prominence and merit both on a professional and philanthropic level. Nominees are chosen based on their achievements, innovation, vision, leadership and legal civic involvement.

“We are pleased to have one of our own honored with such a prestigious nomination. We commend Jabari for all his hard work and the significant contributions he has made to our firm and the legal community,” says AALRR Managing Partner James C. Romo.

In 2011, California Lawyer magazine named AALRR a state leader with the most minority partners. A full 22 percent of AALRR’s partners are minorities compared with industry-wide figures of just 6 percent.*
