ANTI-BULLYING CAMPAIGN/CONTEST WITH $1,500 TOP PRIZE

Here's something to keep your kids busy this summer vacation. The Seegmiller Law Firm in Newport Beach is sponsoring an anti-bullying campaign and asking those under 18 to submit 30 second public service announcements that discourage this destructive behavior. Five finalists will be named and invited to a ceremony at The SeegmillerLaw Firm where the entries will viewed by a panel of judges and the winner announced. In addition to a top prize of $1,500, finalists will receive $50 gift cards from Stonefire Grill.

"From the mouths of babes often come pearls of wisdom," said West Seegmiller, founding partner of the law firm that bears his name. "We're hoping to take that long-held idiom and bring it into the 21st century by asking youngsters to get out their iPhones and video cameras, stir up some creativity and produce a message aimed at eradicating bullying. We're looking forward to viewing their entries."

Submissions, which must be no more than 30 seconds in length, are due on Wednesday, July 31 and can be sent to SeegmillerStopBullying@gmail.com
