Bellflower Liquor Store Sells Lotto Ticket Worth $26.7 Million

The estimated jackpot for the lucky ticket purchased at Eddie's Liquor Jr. Market in Bellflower was $35 million.

For the lucky ticket holder who purchased a winning Mega Millions lotto ticket from Eddie's Liquor Jr. Market in Bellflower, this holiday season has just become a whole lot brighter.

A single ticket with all six numbers in Friday night's multi-state Mega Millions draw was sold at the liquor store at 15105 Clark Ave., and now the lotto winner must decide whether to accept the estimated cash value of $26.7 million or receive 26 annual payments of approximately $1.34 million each before taxes.

Two other tickets -- one each sold in Louisiana and Ohio -- had five numbers, but didn't have the Mega number and are each worth $250,000, a California Lottery official announced after the Dec. 14 draw.

The numbers drawn were 11, 28, 33, 41, 43 and the Mega number was 41. The estimated jackpot was $35 million.

The Mega Millions game is played in 42 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The jackpot for Tuesday's draw will be $12 million.

To call this "rag" a newspaper is a joke. They only put partial truths, always sided to aRead More covert friend of the writer and never have done the background investigation to be able to establish validity!
