Faulty Transformer in Cerritos Leaves Thousands of SoCal Edison Customers in the Dark

The Friday night outage was caused by a faulty underground transformer.

A faulty underground transformer near Bloomfield Avenue and 195th Street left roughly 2,000 Southern California Edison customers in Cerritos without power Friday night, authorities said.
