SoCal Edison: Hundreds of Cerritos Residents & Businesses Left Without Power

A Monday power outage has left several homes and businesses in the city without power, including Los Cerritos Center.

An outage on Monday night left more than 300 Southern California Edison customers in Cerritos without power, including businesses at Los Cerritos Center and the Cerritos Auto Square.

The problem was reported about 6:50 p.m. April 29 near 183rd Street and Studebaker Road, according to the Southern California Edison outage map.

Around that time, Patch reader Ernie Marchbank left a note on the Cerritos-Artesia Patch Facebook page about the outage while he was dining at Los Cerritos Center, "So my family and I are eating at red Robin at the Cerritos mall and all the power went out."
