Public Invited to Hurricane Sandy Relief Concert at CPE on Nov. 30

The free fundraiser concert will be held at Cerritos Park East at 6:45 p.m. Friday, and a complimentary dinner will be served for those in attendance.

The Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation (USA) in parternship with the City of Cerritos will be hosting a concert at 6:45 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30 to benefit those affected by Hurricane Sandy.

The concert, which will be held at Cerritos Park East, 13234 E. 166th Street in Cerritos, will feature violinist Li Mao, Ling’s Dance Academy and the Ray Shine Choir. Guests will be served a complimentary dinner at 6:45 p.m. 

Tickets are Free, Call to Make Reservations

Tickets to the concert are FREE and can be reserved by calling the City of Cerritos Recreation Services Division at (562) 916-1254. Tickets may be picked up at Cerritos Park East. Seating is limited and will be by general admission.

The Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation (USA) is collecting donations to provide gift cards to the victims of Hurricane Sandy to help them through this difficult time. Donations by check to the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation (USA) will be accepted at the concert. Donations are tax deductible and may be made at any Tzu Chi office, by credit card at www.us.tzuchi.org or by telephone at (888) 989-8244.
