March is Red Cross Month. The program presented in the library parking lot will focus on disaster preparedness and include free blood pressure testing. A youth disaster readiness puppet show will be presented in the Little Theater by local high school students at various times. The Cerritos Community Emergency Response Team will also be present with a display and information on how to join the program. A Community Disaster Education leader will present a program at various time in the high-tech lab on disaster preparedness and earthquake preparedness. Information: 562.916.1342.
