The Cerritos Regional Chamber of Commerce invites all community members to witness the crowning of the 2013 Miss Cerritos this week.
The Miss Cerritos Contest & Networking Mixer will be held on Wednesday, March 20, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts – Sierra Room. Tickets are $10 per person.
The Miss Cerritos Contest is a professional development opportunity for young women. The goal of Miss Cerritos is for young women to gain professional networking skills, public speaking and interview skills, and to make contacts within the Cerritos business community to help further their professional careers.
Food & beverage will be provided by the following local restaurants and caterers: Chronic Tacos, California Pizza Kitchen, Chick-fil-A, Jeepney Asian Grill, Red Robin, Sanchez Restaurant & Catering, Sheraton Hotel & Grill 91, California Grill, Grillfellas Catering, California Best, Stacked, and the Patina Group.
The festivities include bidding farewell to the 2012 Miss Cerritos and Princess, a chance to win raffle prizes, listening to contestants’ speeches, and the crowning of the 2013 Miss Cerritos and Princesses.
