Elbows Offers A Holiday Twist in Newest Entree
Drop by Elbows Mac n' Cheese and try their Holiday Mac N Cheese -- a flavorful twist that celebrates the holidays.
The neighborhood's favorite macaroni stop, at the Cerritos Promenade, is now offering a special Holiday Mac N Cheese dish -- a delicious mixture that brings you the flavors of Thanksgiving dinner all in one bite.
This new dish features Monterrey Jack Cheese Macaroni, braised Kale, roasted butternut squash topped with turkey, breadcrumb dressing, gravy and cranberry compote.
"It's our featured mac for next month and half, and can be ordered in the restaurant or in party trays," said Punita Patel, co-owner of Elbows.

Patel says diners have raved about the new holiday entree, "They love it, everyone says its like having Thanksgiving dinner all in one dish because it includes all the flavors of the holidays."
The Holiday Mac is priced as follows and will be on the menu until Dec. 31:

- Large order: $10.95
- Half Pan Party Tray (serves up to 8): $35
- Full Pan Party Tray (serves between 12 to 15): $55
And just in time for the holidays, Elbows has added delivery service for local businesses and residents.
