The Cerritos Regional Chamber of Commerce will host the 2013 State of the City 2013 forecast and update for the city of Cerritos on Thursday.
The May 23 luncheon, which will be held from 11:30 am to 1 p.m. at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts will feature guest speakers Mayor Bruce Barrows and City Manager Art Gallucci.
