Eleven talented and enthusiastic young women competed for the title of Miss Cerritos 2011 on March 22, but three were ultimately choosen to represent the 2011 Miss Cerritos Royal Court.
Stephanie Peterson, a longtime Cerritos resident, was crowned the new 2011 Miss Cerritos. Stephanie is currently attending Cypress College and is pursuing a career in Speech and Language Therapy.
Michelle Yoo, who is also a student at Cypress College, claimed the title of 1st Princess. Michelle is interested in the field of International Relations and Business. Lisa Lifton received the honor of 2nd Princess, and she is currently employed with the Cerritos Sheraton Hotel as its Sales and Catering Coordinator.
