Santa Fe Springs Man Gets Life in Prison for Killing Boss, Co-Worker
A Norwalk Superior Court Judge sentences a 53-year-old man to life in prison for the slaying of his boss and co-worker following a work-related dispute in 2009.
A Norwalk Superior Court judge today sentenced a Santa Fe Springs man to life in prison without the possibility of parole for gunning down his boss and a co-worker at a Vernon lumber yard in 2009.
Saul Gastelum Moreno, 53, was convicted last month of two counts of first-degree murder for the killings of Alan Bohnhoff, owner of Bohnhoff Lumber Co., and co-worker Jaime Sanchez.
The May 18, 2009, shootings occurred following a work-related dispute. Moreno was arrested the same day after a brief pursuit that ended in Huntington Park.
