Cerritos Crime: Commercial/"Other Structure" Burglaries from April 8 to 14
In addition to this week's safety and crime prevention tips, Cerritos Sheriff's Station personnel will offer an in-depth presentation on crime in the city at the April 24 Neighborhood Watch Town Hall meeting.

The following crimes were reported to the Cerritos Sheriff's Station during the period of April 8 to 14.
COMMERCIAL/OTHER STRUCTURE BURGLARIES

“Other structure”/Commercial burglaries were down from five to four last week. A closed business had a shatteredglass door and the reported loss was eyeglasses. A fitness center locker was broken into where credit cards, ID and a cell phone were stolen. A storage unit and a maintenance shed were also targeted. Golf clubs, a golf cart and generators were missing. The 2013 weekly average in “other structure”/commercial burglaries is 2.8.
Neighborhood Watch Town Hall Meeting Scheduled for April 24
The next Neighborhood Watch Town Hall Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 7 p.m. at Cerritos Park East. Please note the change of venue from past meetings and join us at 13224 E. 166th St. as members of the Cerritos Sheriff’s Station/Community Safety Center will offer an in-depth presentation on crime in Cerritos.
