Firefighters Respond to Reports of Smoke at Cerritos Restaurant

Upon searching, LACFD personnel found no fire at the Carrows restaurant.

Los Angeles County Firefighters dispatched to a Cerritos restaurant due to reports of smoke coming from its roof Friday afternoon found neither flames nor other evidence of fire upon inspection.

The Cerritos Carrows restaurant was evacuated at about 12:30 p.m. Friday when smoke was reported coming from the roof.

When firefighters responded to the restaurant at 19011 Bloomfield Ave.; however, they found no evidence of a fire, according to a spokesperson for the LACFD.
