UPDATED: Statewide Amber Alert Issued for Girl Abducted in San Jose
Taylor Vo, an 11-year-old Asian girl, was abducted from San Jose early this morning by 42-year-old Tri Le, who is considered armed and dangerous. The pair is believed to be traveling in a dark minivan.
Updated at 7 p.m.: The San Jose girl, Taylor Vo, is safe after being kidnapped from her home. Her abductor Tri Truong Le, is dead -- he was killed in a shoot-out with police in San Jose.

Taylor Vo is Asian, 5 feet 3, 105 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The suspect was identified as 42-year-old Tri Le, who is Asian, 5 feet 6, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black ball cap, black jacket, and blue jeans.
Authorities warned that the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. He was last seen driving a dark minivan with an unknown license plate.
