Vehicle Overturns on Shoemaker Avenue Freeway Offramp in Cerritos
The accident, which left a woman with minor injuries, happened just before noon on Thursday, May 10.
A female motorist suffered minor injuries today when her car overturned on the Shoemaker Avenue offramp from the eastbound Artesia (91) Freeway in Cerritos, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred just before noon on Thursday, May 10, the CHP reported.
According to reports from the scene, the car struck the offramp railing, flipped over and came to rest near some bushes. The woman, who was able to exit the vehicle on her own, suffered minor injuries and was treated by Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics, according to the CHP.
