Woman Arrested for Allegedly Stabbing Three People

Kassandra Justine Duran, 22, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly stabbing three people at a Cypress home early Sunday.

A 22-year-old woman reportedly stabbed three people inside a Cypress home today, and was arrested for suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon, a police officer said.

The stabbing victims were treated at the scene and later transported to an area hospital with stable life signs, said Cypress Lead Police Officer Michael Wintersole. Police dispatched on a disturbance investigation call to the home in the 8700 block of Walker Street at approximately 1 a.m. found the victims and located Kassandra Justine Duran nearby. She was taken into custody without incident, after an investigation, Wintersole said.

Duran was transported to the Orange County Jail where she was being held in lieu of $500,000 bail.
