A Preview of the Feb. 24 Cerritos City Council Meeting

The Cerritos City Council will meet at 7 p.m. tonight at City Hall.

The Cerritos City Council will be meeting tonight at 7 p.m. for its second meeting of February.

Here are some of the items that will be covered:

  • An ordinance declaring medical marijuana dispensaries a public nuisance.
  • A proposed amendment to the existing agreement between the City of Cerritos and Artesia Cemetary District.
  • A contract for the installation of Gridley Park play area equipment. 
  • A proposal re-allocating grant funding for the installation of a photovoltaic system for the Cuesta Villa Senior Housing Project to the Cerritos Corporate Yard.

The council will also discuss the pending legislation regarding Gov. Brown's budget proposal.
