A Preview of the Sept. 8 Cerritos City Council Meeting

The Cerritos City Council meeting will be held tonight at 7 p.m.

The Cerritos City Council will be meeting tonight for its first September meeting to discuss a request from the American Association of University Women regarding its Oct. 17, 2011 School Board Candidate’s Forum.

Other items include:

  • Consideration to waive reading of and adopt resolutions of the Cuesta Villas Housing Corporation Initial Board of Directors appointing new members to fill vacancies on the Initial Board of Directors.
  • Action to support or oppose specific legislation pending in the California Legislature or pending in the California Governor's Office for signature.
