Artesia's Beautification and Maintenance Commission has a new business recognition award program and it's seeking nominations.
The commission is looking for businesses or groups of businesses whose appearance is a good reflection on the city.
Winners will be recognized before the city council with a special award and will appear in city's newsletter, The Artesian.
To nominate a business, download a nomination form from the city's website or stop by City Hall for a copy. Nomination forms are due by 4 p.m. Feb. 8.
