Celebrate Cultural Diversity at the 'Festival of Friendship' on Saturday, Feb. 5

Cerritos and Artesia are two cities well-known for their rich cultural landscapes. And this Saturday, the City of Cerritos invites the community to celebrate the area's unique diversity with an afternoon of music, dance and fun at the .

The 'Festival of Friendship," the city's 12th annual celebration, offers the a unique opportunity to learn about the City's many cultures through a variety of performances on three different stages throughout the center. Local community groups will be performing an assortment of ethnic songs and dances of their native cultures. 

In addition to the stage performances, children ages 3 - 12 can also participate in a cultural arts activity on the East Stage. Special commemorative gifts will also be distributed at each stage in between performances only.
