Celebrate Love, Attend Cupid's Ball and Bring Back Artesia's Fireworks Show

Cupid's Ball aims to raise money to fund and revive the city's Independence Day fireworks show.

Do you miss the city of Artesia's Independence Day fireworks show?

If so, there's something you can do about it, if you're willing to enjoy an evening that celebrates love and friendship mixed in with live music, good food and lots of fun.

The Friends of Artesia are hosting Cupid's Ball on Friday, Feb. 8 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Albert O. Little Community Center located at 18750 Clarkdale Ave. The goal of this event is to raise the the funds needed to bring back the city's treasured fireworks show.

Live music from the 562 Band, and a buffet are offered to all guests. Adults 21 and over are invited and all tickets also come with a free drink. Tickets are $50 per couple, or $30 for singles.

Locals are encouraged to take part in this event, bring a partner or go solo, and get ready for a night that you'll never forget!
