Cerritos To Host Martin Luther King, Jr. Ceremony Jan. 16

Seventh annual celebration of the life of civil rights leader to be held at the Cerritos Civic Center.

Cerritos is celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by hosting a special ceremony at the Cerritos Civic Center on Monday, Jan. 16 at 10 a.m. The public is invited to take part in this event.

Members of the Cerritos City Council will speak at this event alongside community leaders and other performers.

Federal, state and local government offices, including Cerritos City Hall, Cerritos Library, the Cerritos Senior Center at Pat Nixon Park and the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts Ticket Office will be closed on that day.
