To celebrate and share with the community her recent election to California State Assembly, Assemblymember Cristina Garcia (D-Bell Gardens) will hold a swearing-in celebration this Saturday in the city of Montebello.

Special guest who are slated to attend the event include Assembly Speaker John Perez., Montebello mayor Christina Cortez and councilman Jack Hadjinian, Assemblymember Anthony Rendon, Former Assemblymember and State Senator Martha Escutia and Mayor Ali Saleh from the city of Bell, who will officiate the swearing-in ceremony.
The swearing-in celebration is open to all, free of charge and the day will include entertainment by Mariachi Leonardo and food from local restaurants.
