Take a Stroll with Asm. Garcia at CPE on July 6

Assemblymember Cristina Garcia invites everyone in the 58th Assembly District to join her for a healthy break during a community walk next month at Cerritos Park East.

The walk will take place on Saturday, July 6 at 8 a.m. at the park located at  13234 E. 166th St. in Cerritos. Walkers are asked to meet at the center gazebo and the walk begins promptly at 8 a.m.

While taking a leisurely stroll, all participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues of importance with their new state representative, Assemblymember Garcia.

Assemblymember Garcia’s office will also be taking donations that morning, of new socks and underwear and travel sized toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc.) that will be distributed to the homeless and those in need. 

The community walk is part of a monthly series of walks that are being held in cities throughout the 58th Assembly District.
