What You Need to Know Before the Cerritos Municipal Election
We're keeping you updated on everything you need to know before the Cerritos Municipal Election on Tuesday, March 8.
All registered voters in Cerritos are reminded that the city's Municipal Election is this Tuesday March 8. All 11 voting precincts will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day.

Voters are encouraged to double check the back cover of their mailed sample ballots for their current polling place location and precinct number information, which may have changed since the last election.
You can also visit the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Recorder's online locator to verify polling place information or to review a sample ballot in any of the following languages: English, Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Tagalog, or Vietnamese.

CANDIDATES ON THE BALLOT:
There are seven are vying for three open seats on the Cerritos City Council.
The candidates are listed in the following order on the ballot:
- Kiran Rami - Professor
- Christopher F. "Chris" Fuentes - Film Location Manager
- Bruce W. Barrows - Councilmember, City of Cerritos
- Joseph Cho - Councilmember, City of Cerritos
- Harshad Mody
- Mark E. Pulido - Boardmember, ABC Unifi ed School District
- Grace Hu - Businesswoman
