Not worth the price at all! Just because it is Shadow Park the price is spiked!. Based on the pictures, it looks like a remodel is in order!

Wow, that's a serious price premium just to be in Shadow Park. Cerritos is littered with similar homes constructed by the same builder (Ponderosa). Most are selling for almost 1/2 of this price. Caveat Emptor.

I remember when these homes were built amazing now worth a million plus ( I also remember delivering newspapers to the ranch house that was there before the park was built .)

What's the point of showing the most expensive home in Cerritos..just seems to put it out there as a possible target for burglars.

A Tong- you mad because you can't afford it? its 24 hour security gated community in heart of cerritos... award winning cerritos and whitney high school as well as a number of elementary schools that have won National Blue Ribbon scholar multiple times. Child, please refrain from such negativity.
