City of Cerritos Seeks Past Let Freedom Ring Committee Members

In honor of the celebration's 40th anniversary, past committee members will be honored at this year's July 4th celebration.

This year the city of Cerritos' Let Freedom Ring Celebration scheduled for July 4, 2013, will mark the 40th anniversary of a cherished annual tradition for generations of local families. In honor of this milestone, the city will recognize everyone who has served as a member of the Let Freedom Ring Committee during this year's festivities.

The Let Freedom Ring Committee coordinates the Let Freedom Ring Celebration, which offers food and game booths, entertainment, a formal ceremony and a spectacular fireworks display.

So they may be recognized for their contributions to the event, past members of the Let Freedom Ring Committee are asked to contact the city's Recreation Services Division and provide their name, address, phone number and e-mail address. The information needs to be received by June 14.
