Jang Su Jang Korean BBQ Restaurant has been in business since 1990. In August 2002, new owner Palsan Kim took over and now also serves as executive chef. She prides herself on offering "better taste, better quality and better service" with only the freshest ingredients. Plus, the restaurant also offers more side dishes than other Korean BBQ spots. In addition to the popular Korean BBQ, highlights include beef briskets, pork bacon, dok busam (rice paper), bean sprouts, potato salad, marinated zucchini, and bean curd stew. In addition to the main room, there is also a small room in the back suitable for groups up to 16 people.
