Our substance abuse prevention program is funded by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.   Our program has both an educational and environmental component to it.

The following describes our main projects:

  • Reduction in alcohol availability and accessibility to minors (through changes in policies).
  • Responsible beverage service RBS training, to offsite alcohol merchants ( we are trained RBS trainers and will conduct our next training in September).
  • Life Skills training educational services (we taught middle school children in Cerritos the Life skills curriculum this past semester).
